Step 1: To browse our product catalog, click
on the Real Action Paintball Online Store link from the homepage
Step2: Once you're in the online store, you
may browse through our products using the links on the left side that are
organized by category, Markers, Accessories, etc. Some categories have sub
categories, these are defined by the "->" after the category name.
Step 3: Once you find a product that you would like to purchase, you may
either click on the "Buy Now!" button, or click on the product name or
picture to see more information about the product and other options that are
available for the product
Step 4: Once you have selected the product and the options you want, you
can add the product to the cart by clicking the "In Cart" button.
Step 5: If you wish to
add more products, click "Continue Shopping". Enter quantity of the product
you wish to order and click "Update". When you're ready to checkout,
click "Checkout".
Step 6:
- For returning customer, simply login with your e-mail and password.
-
For new customer, click on "Continue"
to create an account.
Once your account has been created, you can
click "Continue" button to continue the checkout process.
Step 7: On "Delivery
Information" page. If you wish to change the shipping address, click
"Change Address", Otherwise, select shipping method and click
"Continue"
Step 8: On Payment
Information page, select payment method:
- For check or money order, select "Check/Money Order".
- For credit card or Paypal, select "Paypal". Then, click "Continue".
Step 9: Click "Confirm
Order" button at the bottom of the page to confirm order.
- If you select "Check/Money Order" as your payment method, continue to Step
13.
- If you select "Paypal" as your payment method, go to Step 10
Step 10:
If you selected Paypal, you will be sent to Paypal's "Payment Details" page.
- If you DO NOT have a Paypal account or have never paid through Paypal,
click the "Click Here" button.
- If you DO have a Paypal account, enter your Paypal Login info and click
"Continue"
Step 11:
On "Confirm Your Payment" page, verify your payment, Source of Funds, and
your Shipping Information to make sure the package(s) is sent to the correct
address. Click "Pay" button to send payment.
Step 12:
If you selected Paypal as your payment method, this step is VERY
IMPORTANT! On the "You Made A Payment" page, you MUST click
on the link Click here to continue
at the end of the page
Step 13. Finally, when
you see the page "Your Order Has Been Processed", click "Continue" at the
bottom to finish the order.
You will receive an
order confirmation email from us shortly. If you paid by Paypal, you
would also receive an email from Paypal stating that your transaction was
completed. If you DO NOT receive an order confirmation email within 24
hours, PLEASE send an email to order@rap4.com
or call (408) 727-3144 to inquire about the
order you've just made.
