This M2 tripod has a brass bearing surface for the pintle.
The pintle is complete with the bolt used to attach it to the M1919 Browning.
The M2 tripod and pintle are used to provide a firing platform for the M1919 Browning.
The rear foot pads have openings for staking into the ground which provide additional stability for the mount.
The metal has a black finish.
