Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions are effective as of March 28, 2005.

Real Action Paintball Inc. reserves the right to change, modify or remove any or all of these terms and conditions at any time and without further notice.

Documentation between Real Action Paintball Inc. and dealer shall prevail in the event of any discrepancy between these Terms and Conditions and dealer's documentation.

It is the dealer's responsibility to remain apprized of changes to terms and conditions.

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age. Real Action Paintball Inc. reserves the right to demand and receive adequate proof of age at any time.

All dealer applications are subject to current and ongoing verification.

1.  Ordering Terms

  • There is no minimum order.

  • There is no monthly or other periodic minimum purchase requirement 

  • FREE drop shipping service

2.  Agreement Terms

  1. Dealer agreements may be terminated at any time and without notice.

  2. Dealer must carry reasonable and adequate liability insurance and provide reasonable proof of insurance upon reasonable request by Real Action Paintball LLC.

  3. Dealer must read and acknowledge shipping policies and acknowledges having done so by making the dealer application.

  4. Dealer must read and acknowledge the general Terms and Conditions and General Use Terms and acknowledges having done so by making the dealer application.

  5. Dealer must read and acknowledge all safety warnings and acknowledges having done so by making the dealer application.

  6. To the extent legally proper, Dealer to follow MAP pricing (Minimum Advertisement Price) as stated in the price list.

3. Ordering Procedure

Dealer may order online, by phone, or by email. Online ordering is the generally easiest and fastest.

4. Payment Information

  • All pricing is U.S. dollars.
  • Product pricing does NOT include tax, shipping, or handling.
  • Payment shall be made in U.S. dollars unless otherwise expressly agreed to, in writing, by 
  • Payment may be made by: PayPal, Company Check, eCheck, Money Order, all major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, etc.), and Bank Wire Transfer.

5. Safety

  • No resale may be made without inclusion of safety warnings and related information. 
  • Safety markings shall not be removed.
  • Dealer shall NOT engage in any activity related to or regarding removal of safety markings.
  • Products labeled for Law Enforcement and Military on the RAP4 site are to be labeled as such on the dealer site.
  • Products labeled for Law Enforcement and Military are to be sold ONLY to members of a Law Enforcement Agency or member of the armed forces acting in an OFFICIAL capacity
  • Proof of Agency needs to be required before RAP4 will supply the products to the dealer for shipment.
